How does it work?

The metal mesh in these air filters is composed of aluminum or stainless steel. As the air passes through the metal mesh, the particles that are larger than the openings in the metal mesh are trapped by the filter. Hence, these filters are used to trap particles of large sizes.

Our metal air filter is designed using the corrugated mesh feature, which involves the creation of a pattern in the form of a series of ridges and valleys. This design considerably increases the surface area for filtration, and as a result, the filter can trap more particles, which increases the efficiency of the filter. The corrugation design helps in even distribution of air and increases the dust-holding capacity of the filter.
