High Premium HEPA Filter
Advanced air filters for making the air around you cleaner and healthier
Use our High-Premium HEPA Filters to ensure that you breathe clean air. Featuring compactly packed fiberglass media for effective particle filtration, these filters are ideal for high-temperature and high-moisture environments.

Purifying the atmosphere: Cleaner living with iTech High-Premium HEPA Filters
The High-Premium HEPA (high-efficiency particulate air) filter effectively filters particles through compactly packed fiberglass media and is of H13 and H14 rating. It is fabricated using mesh media and durable metal frames, and it is suitable for use in high-temperature and high-moisture environments. The HEPA filter can ideally eliminate at least 99.97% of dust, pollen, bacteria, mold, and any airborne particles having sizes that are larger than or equal to 0.3 microns. Hence, this efficiently designed filter ensures the cleanliness of air, making it ideal for environments needing accurate control of air quality. For instance, they are very helpful in removing airborne allergens at your home.

How does it work?
In this filter, air is forced within through a dense fiberglass mesh. The fibers are bound densely together (using a binder), and therefore, certain particles are restricted from passing through the filter.
The particles passing through the filter are eliminated using the mechanisms of interception, impaction, and diffusion.
Interception – The particle follows a streamlined path and encounters a fiber or obstacle. The particle then gets attached to the fiber/obstacle and is unable to move further.
Impaction – In inertial impaction, the web of fibers increases the inertia of the particles to a point where they are forced out of the air stream. The particles subsequently get trapped by the fibers and are not able to move any further.
Diffusion – A particle travelling in a random motion undergoes collision with a fiber and is trapped by the fiber. This filtration technique is used to capture smaller particles.
Pleats are utilized to increase the surface area for efficient filtration. Pleated filters provide more surface area because they consist of multiple layers of filter media. Because of the pleats, additional space is created for airflow. The more the layers of the filter media, the greater the number of particles being captured.
The airflow is maintained with an aluminum corrugated sheet.

Applications
Data centers: Data centers use HEPA air filters to purify the air and eliminate the accumulation of dust and particulates on sensitive equipment, thus preventing overheating and failure of equipment.
Medicine: HEPA systems can be used in patient care rooms, isolation wards, and operating rooms. These filters are generally used in hospitals for controlling infection or isolation for controlling communicable diseases.
Pharmaceutical industry: HEPA filters are used in pharmaceutical industries for containment of chemical compounds during the production of pharmaceutical drugs.
Food and beverage: HEPA air filters are used to maintain the environment in clean rooms so that food grade products can be packaged and processed in suitable conditions. For instance, the process of bottling for several beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) is carried out in atmospheric conditions maintained by HEPA filters.
Commercial buildings: Our High-Premium HEPA Filters are ideal for use in office buildings. These filters can provide a healthy environment in the office so that the employees can breathe fresh, clean, and healthy air. Also, these filters are widely used in shopping malls, retail stores, and hotels.
Microelectronics: The manufacturing process of semiconductors, microchips, etc., is performed in clean rooms, which use HEPA filters to control the air quality in the room.
